ALTEO Group to become sole owner of Zuglo-Therm – Hungary, 30 January 2018

A contract on the sale of 51 % stake in the operator of combined heat and power plant in the Zuglo district of Budapest has been concluded between NKM Foldgazszolgaltato (former Fogaz) and Sinergy Kft. A part of ALTEO Group.
Since ALTEO group already owns 49 % of Zuglo-Therm, it will become the sole owner of the company. It is expected that the acquisition will take place in May 2018, after obtaining all the necessary regulator’s approvals.
