Annual oil output at Prinos surpassed 1 million barrels – Greece, 28 October 2016

Energean Oil & Gas announced that an annual oil production level at Prinos area has surpassed one million barrels so far in 2016, which is the first time since 2001.
The company’s technical advisor Konstantinos Nikolaou said that Energean’s plan is to conduct the first round of its hydrocarbons drilling activities at Ioannina onshore block in northern Greece between 2019 and 2020, adding that geophysical seismic survey should begin in spring next year.
