Russian Bank Saint Petersburg has bought 3.2 % of Bosnian Modrica oil refinery, majority owned by NefteGazInkor, a subsidiary of the Russian company Zarubezhneft, for some 650,000 euros.
According to Bosnian media, the share package was sold by Nestro Petrol, the second largest shareholder in the refinery, after Russian NefteGazInkor. With this transaction Nestro Petrol has decreased its share in Modrica oil refinery from 16.2 to 13 %.
