Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov and Russian President Vladimir Putin have discussed over the phone the establishment of working groups on joint energy projects. These working groups will be established with the goal of resolving problems related to energy projects in accordance with the EU regulations.
According to Russian media, PM Borisov and President Putin agreed to intensify interaction within the framework of the Russian-Bulgarian Intergovernmental Commission on economic and scientific-technical cooperation.
