Bulgaria to launch hydrocarbon exploration tender for Tervel offshore block – Bulgaria, 10 July 2018

Bulgarian Ministry of Energy said that it is preparing to launch oil and gas exploration and exploitation tender for Tervel offshore block in Bulgarian part of the Black Sea.
The statement was published following the meeting of Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova and Xavier Faugeras, General Manager of Total Exploration & Production Bulgaria, the company which is currently carrying out exploration activities within 1-21 Khan Asparuh offshore block. French Total holds 40 % of the license, while Austrian OMV and Spanish Repsol hold 30 % each.
