At the ceremony for the launch of the construction of Greek section of Trans-Adriatic gas pipeline (TAP), Bulgarian Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova said that one of the main priorities of the Bulgarian Government is diversification of sources and routes of natural gas supply and it will prioritize the realization of the project for the construction of gas interconnection between Bulgaria and Greece.
Minister Petkova reminded that in January 2014 a memorandum of understanding was signed on cooperation between ICGB, the company in charge of the project of gas interconnection, and TAP AG on coordination and connection of these two projects.
