Bulgarian state-owned electricity transmission system operator ESO recorded a net profit in the amount of 4.6 million euros in the first half of 2018, which is significantly lower compared to last year’s profit of 13.75 million euros.
The company’s total operating revenues dropped to 152.7 million euros in the first half of the year, compared to 182.8 million euros in the same period of 2017. ESO’s sales revenue decreased to 145.2 million euros from 156.8 million euros a year earlier, while other revenues decreased to 7.5 million euros from 31.1 million euros.
