Cold weather spurred increase in Gazprom’s gas exports to Europe – Region, 26 February 2018

Russian gas company Gazprom announced that the Saturday, 24 February, was the fourth consecutive day with an absolute maximum in daily gas exports to non-CIS countries.
The new historic daily record set on 24 February is 655.2 million cubic meters of gas, which is an increase of 2.4 million cubic meters compared to 23 February. The record is even more significant because it was set on Saturday, when foreign gas purchases are usually lower.
