Concession for SHPP Tribija awarded – Bosnia and Herzegovina, 24 May 2016

The Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton has adopted a decision to award the concession for the construction and operation of small hydropower plant (SHPP) oTribija which should be built on Tribija river in Vares municipality.
The concession has been awarded for a period of 30 years to local company Energonova, while the plant will have installed capacity of 961 kW. According to the agreed conditions, the concessionaire will pay one-time concession fee in the amount of around 44,000 euros plus regular fee in the amount of 10 % of total monthly generated revenues by the plant.
