Administrative procedures related to the issuance of the necessary permits for the construction of the first wind farm in the Una-Sana Canton at Teocak near Bihac, are nearing completion and it is expected that the investor will start the implementation of this project, which estimated value is between 10 and 25 million euros, by the end of the year.
This was confirmed by the Chairman of the Concession Commission of Una-Sana Canton Sefik Sutlanovic, who pointed out that the concession for this wind farm was granted last year to Croatian company Ivicom Consulting. The concession permit refers to over 1,000 hectares of land intended for the construction of eight mini wind farms , whose individual installed capacity would be up to 5 MW.
