The Bulgarian Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC) accused six companies operating in retail fuel market in Bulgaria of forming a cartel.
The companies in question are: Lukoil Bulgaria, Eko Bulgaria, Shell Bulgaria, OMV Bulgaria, NIS Petrol and Petrol AD. All of these companies are accused of breaching the Article 15 of the Law on Protection of Competition and Article 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
