Croatian company Crodux will supply fuel to all ships in Jadrolinija’s fleet after its bid at the tender has been selected as best. Besides Crodux, Croatian national oil company INA has also placed a bid, but was not selected.
INA has appealed to this decision, but the State Commission for control of public procurement has rejected it as unfounded, meaning that Crodux and Jadrolinija will soon sign fuel supply agreement worth over 27 million euros, depending on the fuel prices and established discount for the purchase and supply of fuel. This is the first time that INA lost fuel supply deal with Jadrolinija. The deal will be valid for one year and the tender for 2018 is expected to be launched soon.
