At the regular meeting on Wednesday, the Bulgarian Government has approved a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Slovakia regarding the Eastring gas pipeline project.
The draft Memorandum was signed in early June between the Bulgarian natural gas transmission system operator Bulgartransgaz and its Slovak counterpart Eustream. According to the signed memorandum, both operators will support the Eastring pipeline project and agreed to cooperate in the drafting of analysis and evaluations, which will be later used in the decision-making process.
