E-Distributie Banat has completed the rehabilitation of Teba substation in Arad county, an investment worth over 2.1 million euros, which will improve the quality of electricity supply for some 16,500 consumers.
The 110/20 kV station now provides a more reliable service for household and also industrial consumers in the central part of the city of Arad. In total, the Teba station serves almost 16,500 low voltage consumers and 16 large consumers, which are supplied via the medium voltage lines. The modernization works included the replacement of the 110 kV primary gear and the secondary circuits with state-of-the-art equipment, providing high quality technical performance, improved grid reliability and optimized maintenance.
