According to Secretary-General of Turkish Electricity Distribution Services Association (ELDER) Ugur Yuksel, electricity distribution companies will launch over 8,000 new projects worth 1.41 billion dollars by the end of the year, following the Ministry of Energy order to prioritize customer satisfaction in this sector.
Yuksel explained that these investments will take the customers satisfaction surveys into consideration, adding that the investments will also reduce frequent power cuts in some parts of the country.
