Bulgarian electricity distribution company EP Yug, owned by Austrian EVN, said that it has signed one million euros worth deal for the supply of electricity meters with the Bulgarian company Intercomplex.
In February, the company announced that it plans to invest some 45 million euros in the modernization of electricity network in the next six months. The investment will include further development of the electricity grid and improving security of supply, as well as projects for the construction of substations and new underground power lines. EVN said than it has invested over 750 million euros in Bulgaria since its entrance to the market in 2005.
