The Administrative Court dismissed the lawsuit filed by Montenegrin power utility EPCG, thus creating conditions that electricity transmission system operator CGES could collect receivables in the amount of 12 million euros from EPCG in proceedings pending in the Commercial Court.
CGES announced that the Administrative Court has dismissed EPCG’s lawsuit filed on 2 March this year, in which EPCG requested the annulment of CGES’ decision on determining the fees and charges paid by electricity producers connected to the transmission system for the allocated transmission capacity. This Court decision represents the basis for the collection of receivables from EPCG as electricity producer, on the basis of the fees for the use of transmission network.
