Finnish investment fund KJK Fund has sold its 7 % stake in Romanian oil pipeline operator Conpet Ploiesti for some 13.2 million euros, at the price of 21.66 euros/share.
The majority of these shares, namely 6.5 % stake in Conpet, was bought by Romanian investment fund SIF Banat-Crisana for some 12.2 million euros.
