The Romanian private investment fund Fondul Proprietatea has sold its stakes in Romanian subsidiaries of German power utility group E.ON, namely E.ON Distributie Romania and E.ON Energie Romania.
The stakes in these companies were estimated at about 140 million euros or 5.3 % of the fund’s net assets at the end of 2015. However, the value of this deal has not been disclosed due to confidentiality obligations.
