Romanian private investment fund Fondul Proprietatea announced that it will sell 6.4 % stake in OMV Petrom, Romanian subsidiary of Austrian OMV Group, for at least 200 million euros.
The secondary public offering (SPO) will simultaneously take place on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. Thus, OMV Petrom will become the third Romanian company which shares are traded at the London Stock Exchange, after electricity distributor Electrica and gas producer Romgaz.
