Daniela Lulache, former CEO of Romanian electricity producer Nuclearelectrica, has been appointed Head of policy and coordination at the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), a special agency within the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
Lulache was at the helm of Nuclearelectrica, the company that operates Romania’s sole nuclear power plant Cernavoda, for four years, until last summer.
