According to Turkish media, four bids have been submitted at the tender for the privatization of a 100 % stake in Turkish Petroleum Distribution Corporation, a subsidiary of state-owned Turkish Petroleum. The deadline for bids submission passed on 30 September.
SBK Holding and a consortium of Zulfikarlal Holding, Siyah Kalem and Termopet-Net-Cemil Direkci have submitted bids at the tender. The temporary deposit amount was set at about 3.3 million dollars for a tender to privatize the stake in Turkish Petroleum’s subsidiary in a bloc sale method.
