Greek Public Power Corporation (PPC) announced that the first stage of public tender for the sale of 24 % stake in its subsidiary, Greek electricity transmission system operator ADMIE, has been completed, with four bidders submitting non-binding expressions of interest.
The four companies in question are: Italian Terna, French EDF’s subsidiary RTE and Chinese State Grid of China Corporation (SGCC) and China Southern Power Grid. Second round qualifiers will now be provided with ADMIE’s financial details which would help them to submit their final offers.
