General Meeting of EPCG’s shareholders postponed – Montenegro, 19 August 2016

Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of Montenegrin power utility EPCG, on which a decision on the construction of second unit at thermal power plant Pljevlja should be adopted, has been postponed to 9 September.
The Meeting was originally scheduled for 31 August. Besides ratification of the contract on the construction of second unit at TPP Pljevlja, the election of the new member of the company’s Board of Directors will be on the agenda as well.
