According to Croatian media, in the next two weeks the Ministry of Finance, in cooperation with the Ministry of Energy, will publish a public call for a consultant to assess the value of Croatian oil company INA and to propose another strategic partner in the company, instead of Hungarian MOL.
For a while it is clear that the Government has abandoned its intentions to buyout the Hungarian stake in Croatian oil company and now is seeking for a new strategic partner who would buy MOL’s shares in INA.
