On 6 December, the General Shareholders Assembly and the constituting meeting of the Supervisory Board of Croatian state-owned power utility HEP were held.
The General Shareholders Assembly, chaired by the Minister of Finance Zdravko Maric, at the proposal of the Croatian Government, revoked the oil and appointed new members of HEP’s Supervisory Board – Goran Granic, Marko Primorac and Jelena Zrinski Berger. The fourth member of the Board, representing the workers, remains Dubravka Kolundzic.
