Last year, Croatian power utility HEP achieved total revenues in the amount of 1.26 billion euros, while net profit amounted to about 220 million euros. For comparison, HEP’s revenues in 2014 amounted to 1.23 billion euros and net profit reached 160 million euros, which was a 63 % increase compared to 2013.
Last year’s good financial result was influenced by almost doubled revenues in natural gas sales. On the other hand, revenues from electricity sales fell significantly – from 0.96 billion euros in 2014 to 0.72 billion euros in 2015, while in 2013 electricity sales revenues amounted to 1.46 billion euros.
