Croatian largest telecommunications company Hrvatski Telekom (HT) said that it has signed an agreement to sell its electricity supply business to local subsidiary of German energy company RWE.
The statement from the company said that financial details regarding the transaction would be disclosed upon its completion following the approval of competent authorities. The transaction will have no influence on the manner and price of electricity supplied to customers of HT, nor will affect the price and provision of the contracted telecommunications services, which the company offered in a bundle. Hrvatski Telekom obtained an electricity supply license in 2013.
