IGB expects bids by the end of October – Region, 5 September 2016

Teodora Georgieva, Executive Officer of ICGB, a joint venture in charge of the construction of Bulgaria-Greece gas interconnection (IGB), said that the company is seeking binding bids for the use of gas pipeline by the end of October.
Georgieva said at the sidelines of the Varna International Gas Conference that there are companies interested in leasing gas link’s capacity which did not participate in the first phase of the market test.
