INA should not be sold to Russian investor – Croatia, 13 February 2018

The new US Ambassador to Croatia Robert Kohorst said that the United States would not like that Croatian oil company INA is sold to Russian company, adding that such acquisition would be a huge mistake of Croatian Government.
According to Kohorst, Russia is a disturbing factor in the region and the US would like to see that new Croatian partner in INA would be a country whose strong interest for Croatia is to be successful and who is willing to offer support to Croatia. He underscored that Croatia is a sovereign country who will decide by itself to whom it will sell a stake in INA.
