Italian Europe Energy acquired electricity suppliers in Serbia and Croatia – Region, 27 July 2016

Italian energy trading company Europe Energy announced that it has signed a binding letter of intent for the acquisition of EDS Serbia and EDS Croatia through its subsidiary LE Trading A.S. The value of the acquisition is some 6 million euros.
The company stated that it will continue to sell electricity and natural gas in Serbian and Croatian markets through its new subsidiaries, which will be renamed Energy Power & Gas Serbia and Energy Power & Gas Croatia.
