Slovak investment fund J&T has offered its stake in Slovenian energy company Petrol to state holding company SDH, the largest stakeholder in Petrol. J&T is currently the second largest stakeholders with 12 % of the shares.
According to Slovenian media, J&T has already informed the management of Petrol on its withdrawal from the ownership structure of the company. However, it is very unlikely that the state would purchase the offered shared, but it remains to see whether Petrol itself will decide to acquire these shares.
