According to Montenegrin media, consulting companies KPMG and Deloitte have submitted offers at the tender for the selection of consultant and investment assessment of the Pljevlja coalmine.
The tender was concluded on 25 May and Montenegrin power utility will publish the decision on the best offer within the statutory period of 90 days. The tender was issued on 18 April and its estimated value is about 100,000 euros. Criteria to evaluate the bids are the lowest offered price (40 points) and quality (60 points). According to the tender documentation, the interested bidders were obliged to provide an internationally recognized professional certificated in the field of value appraisal – Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
