Local company plans to build SHPP near Shkodra – Albania, 15 December 2017

The Albanian Ministry of Energy announced that it has received an application for the issuance of a construction permit for small hydropower plant (SHPP) Emanueli with power output of up to 2 MW on the Bicaj river neat the city of Shkodra in northwestern Albania.
The application for construction permit was submitted by local company Gjeokonsult & Co.
