Hungarian MOL Group announced that it has completed the takeover of Eni Hungaria, which operates 173 petrol station in Hungary, along with its wholesale fuel business in the country, excluding the wholesale lubricants business.
With this acquisition, retail fuel network of MOL Group now consists of more than 2,000 petrol station in ten countries in Central and Eastern Europe. MOL’s retail network in Hungary has increased to more than 500 petrol stations.
