Swedish Monsson Group, the largest developer of wind farms in Romania, has sold its share in the Romanian electricity works company Emon Electric to Kenyan company EnComm. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Monsson Development Manager Sebastian Enache said that Emon Electric was an interesting project, but the Romanian market became stagnant lately. The company will focus its resources in countries that have high growth prospects and are stable in terms of legislation.
