The Shareholders’ General Assembly of Montenegrin power utility EPCG at an extraordinary session adopted a decision on the establishment of limited liability company called Montenegrin electricity distribution system (CEDIS) and the decision on the acceptance of the contribution in kind for CEDIS.
Shareholders’ Assembly unanimously accepted this proposal made by EPCG’s Board of Directors. The founder of the company is power utility EPCG which will have 100 % ownership of CEDIS. It will operate within the unique Montenegrin electricity system and will handle the distribution of electricity to customers.
