Montenegrin Minister of Economy Dragica Sekulic said in an interview that the country is open for investments from Azerbaijan in the energy sector.
Minister Sekulic said that the cooperation with Azerbaijan in the field of energy is currently based on activities related to the Ionian-Adriatic (IAP) gas pipeline. However, this does not mean that it should not be broadened. Quite the opposite, taking into account previous, extremely positive experience with companies from Azerbaijan in the field of tourism, Montenegro is more than open for investments of Azeri companies in the field of energy as well.
