New Energy Law at the public debate – Macedonia, 4 May 2018

Speaking during the public debate on the draft of the new Macedonian Energy Law, Director of the Energy Community (EnC) Secretariat Janez Kopac said that it offers all the necessary instruments that might make the citizens less concerned regarding the full liberalization of the electricity market, stipulated by the new law, while ensuring safety, gradual implementation of regulation and provides the possibility of state intervention if some thing goes wrong.
