Chairman of the Bulgarian Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (KEVR), Ivan Ivanov said that there will be no increase in the prices of heating and hot water as of October, even if a proposal for a slight increase is received by the end of the month.
Ivanov reminded that even if the proposal for the increase in price of natural gas of 3.4 % in the fourth quarter of the year is approved, KEVR has the right not to announce new prices of heating, since that is required only if there is a significant change in the price of natural gas, which is not the case at the moment.
