Oil production fell by 4.1 % in the first five months of 2016 – Romania, 3 August 2016

According to the data from the National Institute of Statistics (INS), oil production in Romania in the first five months of 2016 amounted to 1.509 million tons of oil equivalent, which is 4.1 % less than in the same period last year.
At the same time, Romania imported crude oil in the amount of 3.147 million tons of oil equivalent, which is 15.2 % more compared to the same period in 2015.
