Pennine to start drilling in Velca block in Q3 2018 – Albania, 23 February 2018

Canadian Pennine Petroleum Corporation announced that it expects to start initial drilling of the well in Velca block in early third quarter of 2018.
The statement from the company also said that it expects to determine the exact location of its first well within Velca block in the next six weeks after a complete integration of collected geophysical and geological data. Albanian Albpetrol selected a rough location based on its data collected in 2000 and Pennine is now trying to pinpoint the best location for an exploration well using the most modern techniques available.
