The Board of Directors of Montenegrin power utility EPCG has accepted the resignation of former CEO of the company Stefano Pastori and approved the appointment of new CEO Tonino Maglio. Pastori was EPCG’s CEO since November 2013 and he resigned for personal reasons.
Tonino Maglio has long working experience in the field of energy business. Previously, he was the CEO of Edipower A2A Group owned Brindisi power plant since 2007. Prior to this appointment he also served as Director and Deputy Director of Production at the plant and the Director of Design and Automation at Taranto oil refinery (Eni Group).
