The Shareholders’ General Assembly of Greek Public Power Corporation (PPC) scheduled for today has been postponed shortly before the meeting was about to start.
The reason for the delay is tension between PPC’s employees and management which escalated prior to the meeting. It was expected that the sale of minority stake in electricity transmission system operator ADMIE would be approved. A new General Assembly is scheduled for 11 July.
