PPC’s retail market share dropped below 90 % – Greece, 19 September 2016

According to data from Greek electricity market operator LAGIE, retail market share of state-owned Public Power Corporation (PPC) reached 89.83 % in August, which is the first time that it has dropped below 90 %. PPC’s market share dropped by 0.43 % compared to July.
In terms of the voltage categories, PPC holds 59.98 % market share in low-voltage category, 18.91 % market share in medium-voltage and 10.94 % market share in high-voltage category.
