In accordance with the regulation on the subsidies for encouraging electricity generation from renewable sources and high efficiency cogeneration in 2017, a fixed fee in the amount of 0.47316 eurocents/kWh has been set. This fee amounted to 0.129 eurocents/kWh as of June 2016.
The statement from the Montenegrin Ministry of Economy said that wind farm Krnovo, which is expected to be put into operation during this year, had the largest impact on the increase of subsidies for renewable production.
