British company Rolls Royce attended an event at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where it showcased its nuclear instrumentation and controls business, thus joining the list of companies which are interested in participation in the project for the expansion of Hungary’s sole nuclear power plants Paks.
Rolls Royce’s instrumentation and controls are already implemented in some 200 nuclear reactors of all types in more than twenty countries all around the world, the company said in the statement.
