Romanian Senate’s Committee removed extra excise on fuel – Romania, 27 September 2017

The Romanian Senate’s Budget Committee has voted to remove extra excise on fuel that was to come into force on 1 October.
In late August, Romanian Government approved the decision to increase excise taxes on fuel in two stages, from 15 September and then from 1 October, to reach 0.03 euros per liter.
