The largest contractor for energy projects in Romania, Romelectro announced that it has signed contracts with transmission system operator Transelectrica, for the electrical units in Focsani Sud, Bacau Sud and Roman Nord as well as with electricity producer Hidroelectrica, for the modernization of HPP Slatina, with the total worth of some 20 million euros.
General Manager of Romelectro Group Cristian Secosan said that 2017 was a year of growth for the company, as it continued to reorganize the group and manage more important contracts both in the country and abroad by the higher degree of internalization of the activities. He stressed that Romelectro is present in Kosovo, Egypt and Saudi Arabia and it established a subsidiary in each of these countries.
