Rompetrol Rafinare challenged the levy imposed by DIICOT – Romania, 20 May 2016

Rompetrol Rafinare has challenged a levy , which was placed on the company’s assets by the Romanian Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), at the Constanta Court.
According to the Court, the hearing was originally set for last Monday, but it was postponed to 25 May in order for the criminal prosecution file to be attached and to offer the applicants the possibility of preparing the defence.
